How does the service works?
Ryaneros' downloading service allows you to download the film you have purchased straight on your PC.
The film on your PC doesn't have an expiry date, it can be viewed as many times as you like.

How to gain access to the service?
Firstly, you have to register to the web site: name, surname and email are sufficient.
Once registered, you will receive an email containing a link to confirm your registration;
click on this link to confirm your email address and you'll obtain full access to the site and its services.

And once registered?
Once registered you will have free access to all the previews (if you haven't registered, you can see only three);
you will also be able to recharge your credit to purchase films. |
How to get credits?
From the section "Charge your credit" - or from the link showingup if your credit isn't sufficient to buy a film - you can choose how much credit you want to charge (minimum € 3) and the payment modality (Paypal, credit card or by calling 899). |
How does the payment by phone work?
To pay by phone, dial the number corresponding to the rate you want to charge (3 or 6 € from the telephone, 6 € from the cell phone), then call the 899 number and write down the code given by the automatic responder.
Enter the given code into the specific field on the right of recharge page and click on CONFIRM.
If the code is entered correctly your credit will automatically be charged. |
Why is the minimum recharge from cellular phone 6 €?
The commissions deducted by the mobile operators on such a low amount are so high that it would be impossible for us to keep the prices of the movies this low.

Do credits have an expiry date?
No, credits don't have an expiry date. |
Where can I see how much credits I have left?
Once you have logged in, the amount of credits you've left is shown on the top right of the screen.

How to download a film?
Once you have chosen a film (you have to log in - if you haven't yet) you can use your credit to pay for the film.
After the payment you will have access to the download page;
clicking on the download button a dialog message will show: "open - save - cancel".
Choose "save" to save the film on your PC.

What are the size and dimensions of the movies to download?
All films are in DIVX format and their dimension is 720px X 576px.
The size of the film to download may vary from 650mb to 850mb.

What if my PC doesn't have a DIVX plugin?
Your browser will warn you about the necessity of the DIVX plugin and will invite you to download it with a simple click. After installing it you will be able to view the movies you've downloaded.

Can I use this service without having a fast internet connection?
It is not recommended. We recommend an ADSL connection of minimum 640 kbps or faster.

How long does it take to download a movie?
Download durations depends on how fast your Internet connection is; Normally to download a complete film it takes around 30-40 minutes.

What should I do if I encounter a problem or if I can't download or view a film?
